This is a unique property. Although it is a basement apartment in our home, unlike most other vacation rentals there is not a "shared space" which forces you to interact with your hosts. Our guests value an independent stay more akin to a condo or hotel. However, we do live on the main floor of the house so there is always someone available to assist you with your needs .

Running late? No worries! Skip check-in with a front-desk or Airbnb Host because we will provide you with a keycode to use to access the apartment prior to arrival.
3. L O C A L
One of the aspects that make The Fort Apartment truly unique is we are in a residential neighborhood, therefore you’ll experience Fort Collins like a local. Our Welcome Binder is chock full of information ranging from where the locals eat as well as bike and walking maps which we’ve designed ourselves.
4. N E I G H B O R H O O D
The apartment is situated in one of the most historic neighborhoods in Fort Collins and our home has National Historic Designation. It will surely make for the ultimate Fort Collins Escape if you are looking to stay in a safe, quiet, but lively neighborhood with direct access to Old Town's vibrant street life, business precinct, shopping district, restaurants and bars. We also have "Ring" video monitoring around the exterior of the home for added safety.
5. PRIVATE FENCED YARD
Our home is, in all humility, beautiful. This extends to your private fenced and locked gated yard. There, you can lay with your favorite Fido in the grass, enjoy a BBQ and fire pit with friends, or have a romantic meal with your special sweetheart under the unbrella with bistro table and chairs. It’s a beautiful escape from the outside world!
